Work is under way on a development of new bungalows in Prudhoe by NCBF member NB Clark who are working in partnership with Karbon Homes.
The project will bring six, two-bed, spacious and modern bungalows to the area, all of which will be available for affordable rent.
The new bungalows are due to be completed in Spring 2023 and will help to improve the housing available for older people in the town.
