Walter Thompson to build £4.7m care home in Stockton

NCBF Member Walter Thompson (FT Construction Group) have planning approved to begin construction of a new £4.7m care home in Stockton-on-Tees.

The 30-bed care home will specialise in supporting people living with dementia, acquired brain injury, mental health needs and physical disabilities.

Following a signed design and build contract with specialist care provider Exemplar Health Care, the care home named Tees Grange, is scheduled to open on Norton Road in early 2023.
