Based in bespoke premises in Bishop Auckland, VEST Construction (LIVECO Ltd) is a privately owned building and civil engineering company that carries out construction projects in the North East region up to a value of £3m.

Traditional contracts include: frameworks, partnering and design & build projects covering a wide range of sectors such as: heritage, healthcare, education, residential, social housing, industrial & warehouse, commercial & retail.

Working mainly within North East England from Ashington in Northumberland to Ripon in North Yorkshire, we employ around 45 skilled tradesmen, operatives and apprentices in the various building disciplines and develop their skills through training.
