Brims Construction start on transformation of Sunderland’s former Gilbridge Police Station

NCBF member Brims Construction, based in Sunderland, have been appointed by Hanro as the building contractor on the transformation of Sunderland’s former Gilbridge Police Station.

Construction work is now underway to turn it into a stylish new office block called ‘The Yard’ with the £3.5million refurb creating a modern office base for companies of all sizes.

Previously owned by Sunderland City Council the building was sold to Hanro with plans to enhance the Riverside Sunderland area to attract more businesses into the heart of the city.
