NCBF Member, Hellens Group, have acquired a Hartlepool business park housing more than 100 companies.
Queen’s Meadow Business Park includes 21 occupied industrial units, 160-acres of land for future investment, with the potential to provide new employment space supporting approximately 2,000 jobs.
Hellens Group are working alongside Hartlepool Borough Council towards the area’s economic plan by creating jobs for local people.
Gavin Cordwell-Smith, chief executive of Hellens Group, said:
“Queen’s Meadow Business Park is something that we’ve been looking at for a number of years and it’s fantastic to have the opportunity to develop an already thriving part of Hartlepool.”
